Staying Connected During the Movement Control Order (MCO)

As part of the Economic Stimulus Plan announced by our Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin on Friday, March 27th, free internet will be given commencing April 1st until the end of the movement control order (MCO). This is a welcomed move considering employees will be working from home.

Here’s a guide on how to make your redemption.

MAXIS

Free 1GB for daily use from 8 am to 6 pm.
Redemption must be made on a daily basis.
You can redeem the pass via,

MyMaxis app & Hotlink Flex app

Click on Get More Data and select FREE 1GB/Day Pass under Time-Based Pass.

Hotlink RED app

Click on the Homepage Banner and select FREE 1GB/Day Pass. You can also find the Pass under ‘Shop’ Tab.

CELCOM

Free 1GB that is automatically provisioned into the customer’s account on a daily basis.
Only applicable from 8 am to 6 pm daily.
To check your quota balance, check the Celcom Life app or dial *118# (postpaid) or *118*1*1*2# (prepaid).

DIGI

Free 1GB that for use between 8 am to 6 pm daily.
Redemption can be made via MyDigi app.

UMOBILE

Free 1GB for daily use from 8 am to 6 pm.
Redemption only needs to be made once by dialling *118*7*6# (postpaid) or *118*6*7# (prepaid).
